Why 7 Samurai
At our first retreat, six of us came together and watched the classic film "7 Samurai." The story resonated deeply with us—seven samurai from different backgrounds, each bringing unique skills and perspectives, united to battle exterior forces and protect what matters most.
This became our foundation. Like those seven warriors, we are entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, each with our own expertise and journey, coming together to support one another in facing the challenges of business, personal growth, and life itself.
While we typically have six active members, the seventh position—though open—represents us as a collective. It symbolizes the unity and strength we find when we come together, reminding us that we are greater than the sum of our individual parts.
The Complete Warrior
Our logo represents the seven virtues that form a complete warrior. Each motif embodies a core principle essential to the samurai code and our collective values.

Monthly meetings are mandatory and must be attended in person. Virtual attendance is only permitted in exceptional one-off situations approved by the group. If you're too busy to invest in your own growth and can't prioritize showing up for the group, you'll hold everyone back—including yourself.

Confidentiality is sacred. If you can't keep what's shared in the room private, or if you gossip about members, you'll destroy the trust that makes this group transformative.
